I have heard about geographical advertising (not official name), but the basic idea is that when you are in the same area as a business that is advertising in this way, you can be sent a SMS about it. I'm sure this would then develop into being able to watch a video on your mobile about the business. The only problem is that it is annoying for the consumer as it feels like they are receiving junk mail on their phone.
